FAQ

  • ADHD Life Coaching is a collaborative, strengths-based process that supports individuals with ADHD in developing tools to manage challenges and pursue meaningful goals.

Beyond structure, coaching supports the development of self-awareness, confidence, and trust in one’s ability to make consistent, intentional progress.

Each session is a very active process, so come with an idea of what you would like to accomplish by the end of the session, an open mind and be prepared to dig deep.
