Nice to Meet You!

Hello! My name is Alexis Navarro (friends call me Lexi), and I am an ICF Certified ADHD Life Coach, a medical student, and a person who has learned to thrive with ADHD. I’m excited to launch this platform, built around one mission: to empower individuals with ADHD to transcend the limits of diagnostic stereotypes and unlock their true potential through education, practical resources, and transformative coaching.

My interest in the intersection between medicine and ADHD coaching grew out of a collection of personal experiences: from living with ADHD to witnessing the limits of what traditional care alone could offer while working in neurology. Growing up, I often wished for support that went deeper than just medication. I discovered ADHD coaching as a medical assistant at a pediatric neurology clinic. It was there that I saw the powerful synergy between clinical care and coaching.

Values I Stand By

My Approach to Coaching

Person-Centered
Every individual is layered, complex, and deeply worthy of being seen. I meet you where you are, centering your values, identity, and lived experience to build systems that fit your life.

Clinically-Informed
With years in neurology and ADHD care, I bring clinical insight into the coaching space, translating what we know about the brain into meaningful, practical support. It’s structured, but always human.

A Scaffold for the Brain, a Mirror for the Mind
I support the way your brain learns, organizes, and stays on track while helping you notice the deeper patterns that drive how you think, choose, and respond. Coaching becomes a space to build structure where it’s needed and clarity where it’s been missing.
